Each time Paul speaks to someone when doing his commission only sales job, he ASSUMES that the person on the other end of the line is wanting to buy TODAY. When speaking to prospects, Paul recommends that you always assume the sale. When Paul speaks to people, he gives them the impression that when people call in…they buy.
Sales Tip: Make it easy for them to buy.
All around him on the sales floor he hears his many of his colleagues talk to prospects and they assume they are calling in for more information. That’s a massive difference right there. Always assume the sale when you are talking to prospective customers.
Sales Tip: Remember, you are not in the giving out information business. You are in the collect their payment business.
Unless you assume the sale, you’ll find it difficult to make sales consistently. Each time you speak to a prospect, walk through the sales process until you complete the sale or they tell you to stop.
