Everyone wants their own “go to person” so when you keep in touch with your clients, you will be the first person they think of.
Also, as demonstrated in one of Paul’s sales, if a client lays it down how they want to be treated, you must acknowledge it and respect it. But, don’t let it put you off either. Keep your composure and adjust your approach as necessary.
